Today (Tuesday December 1st), Boulder CrossFit begins a new era of on-line WOD tracking with WODify! If you have not already done so, please login to your WODify account HERE and be sure to update your user name and password as well as your profile and payment information. Also, when you arrive at the gym, please login to the big TV/Monitor at the gym. That’s it! From here you will be able to log all of your PR’s, keep track of your times and scores of all WOD’s, look at instructional videos of our basic movements and so much more. Stay tuned for details!
