deadlifts 10-8-6-4-2 ascending
*Do 10 tall stick facing jumps after every set
then directly into:
push press 10-8-6-4-2 ascending
*row sprint for 10 calories after every set
*all weights AHAP. rest between sets as needed. record heaviest weights completed.
