What Exactly Is the Open?
The CrossFit open is the ultimate test of fitness! It is a worldwide online CrossFit competition that is held in your own gym and you can compare yourself to some of the fittest on earth!
Over a 5 week period you will participate in 5 workouts. One being released every week. You must complete each workout within the time frame allowed (you will have from Friday morning to Monday evening). We will be holding official CrossFit Open sessions all day on Friday and make up sessions can be reserved Saturday or Monday.
