*100 kb swings 53/35/26#
*Every time you rest, pause or stop, do 1 round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats) before going back to work. In addition, do 1 round of Cindy after completing the 100 wall balls AND after the 100 swings.
