Tired of the gym routine? Boulder CrossFit isn’t a traditional gym where you reluctantly go after work, plug in your head phones to avoid unwanted interaction and do the same old routine.
Not ready for a CrossFit class just yet? Work one-on-one with our personal trainers to get you comfortable before jumping into our regular classes. Our trainers will custom program workouts that fit your needs and goals. We understand that group functional fitness isn’t for everyone and some may want more personal attention. Our personal trainers offer just that. Generally, we offer PT 1 hour blocks throughout the day where our gym is open for just that. In 2022, our schedule is as follows.
Mon-Fri: 8:30am 9:30am 10:30am 1:30pm and 2:30pm
Tues/Thur: Same as above with the addition of 3:30pm
Sat and Sun: By Appointment only

Feeling burnt out from all those hard workouts each week? Need to hit reset and slow things down? We got you covered! Included in all unlimited memberships is 1 FREE monthly Yoga class. If you would like to join us for an additional mobility/yoga class the rate is $10/person. We offer yoga/mobility every other Saturday of the month from 11:15am-12:15pm. Please note that if you are on a punchpass or 2x/3x a week then the yoga class will count as one of your sessions.
We are the ONLY CrossFit gym in Boulder to offer access to our gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Want to come in and workout at 3am on a Sunday? We got you covered. Please read below for all the details. For people on unlimited membership only, for an extra $40 a month, you will get your own personal key to the gym. This option is NOT open to punchpasses or drop-ins. You will get unlimited access to our gym during non-class hours. If you’re interested you need to schedule a 10- minute meeting/orientation with our staff to sign a waiver, read our rules and get your key code.
