15 minute amrap:

2 dumbbell snatches 50/35/20#

2 ctb pull ups

2 over-the-dumbbell burpees

4 dumbbell snatches

4 ctb pull ups

4 over-the-dumbbell burpees

6 dumbbell snatches

6 ctb pull ups

6 over-the-dumbbell burpees

*continue to add 2 reps to each movement every round. Dumbbell snatches are alternating and total reps (round of 6 = 3 each arm)
