Boulder CrossFit workout at Red Rocks Amphitheater

THIS SUNDAY, July 8th at 7:00am we will be back on the road for a Red Rocks Workout Part 2! Meet at the gym at 6:15am or by the stage at 7:00am and get ready for a long chipper style WOD! See you there!

1 minute overhead walking barbell lunges 45/35/15#

1 minute burpees

1 minute dumbbell snatches 50/35/20#

1 minute rest
