5 Minute Push up/Plank Challenge Day 15: 5 rounds of :30 second handstand hold, :30 second rest. Scale with box assist, partial wall walk hold, downward dog or regular plank.

strength:

strict press 5-5-5-5-5 work up to a heavy 5 reps. then finish up with max reps of push presses with the same weight.

conditioning:

3 rounds of:

1 minute max distance row

2 minutes rest.

Record all 3 distances.
