Boulder CrossFit’s June Challenge has officially begun! 30 days – 30 different “5 minute push up/plank” workouts! We will be posting a different 5 minute push up/plank workout every day in June. Weekends and days you cannot make it in included! Just check back on the “WODs and News” tab everyday for your 5 minute workout. Let’s get a push ups ON!

5 Minute Push up/Plank Challenge Day 1: 10 sets of 5 strict, slow push ups. 20 second break between sets. Think 10 seconds to do the push ups and 20 seconds rest.
