CrossFit Open 19.1 Recap:

Whew! Quite the party last Friday night and GREAT WORK to everyone who came out! What’s next? Well, before we turn the page on 19.1, you can do or “redo” 19.1 at 3:30pm Monday as we will have several judges there ready for you!
