Masters Seniors Tom med ball plank at Boulder CrossFit

5 Minute Push up/Plank Challenge Day 11: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 push ups/shoulder taps. Do 10 push ups, then 10 shoulder taps each side, then 9 and 9 and so on. Rest between sets as needed.
