Double push up plank at Boulder CrossFit

5 Minute Push up/Plank Challenge Day 9: 1 minute plank with a push up every 5 seconds. Rest 1 minute then a 1 minute plank with a push up every 10 seconds. Rest 1 minute then a 1 minute plank with a push up every 15 seconds.
