12 strict seated dumbbell presses 35/25/15# each arm

12 ring rows

12 narrow grip push ups

12 cal row

12 band pull aparts (3 sec hold)

12 dumbbell bench press 50/35/20#

12 dumbbell bent over rows 50/35/20# each arm

*Team up in 2’s or 3’s, not for time, work on strict form. Think “slow down, speed up!”
