4 rounds of:

Every 90 seconds, rotate between:

(10-15) bench presses

(10-15) deadlifts

(10-15) double kettlebell front squats

(5-7) cal row sprint

(recommended reps). Work time apprx 25 seconds per station. Go as HEAVY as possible on all stations.
