Skill: TTB/Double unders 

10 MIN EMOM 

Min 1: 5 TTB (try to string them together) or 10 knee raises 

Min 2: 50 double unders or 100 singles 

2 rounds NOT for time:

Allocate a solid 15 mins to complete 

10 Strict presses with DB 35/25/15lbs 1 DB in each arm 

15 Bent over rows with DB 35/25/15LBS (per arm so 30 total)

15 pushups 

10 strict pullups 

REST at least 2 mins before starting the next round
