All in a bright and sunny 4,500 sf state of the art facility. Close to Valmont City Park and the Boulder Creek Path, we are able to take advantage of the incredible Boulder weather for workouts in and out of the gym.
Your workouts are 1 hour long with experienced, fun and energetic coaches that emphasize safety first! The constantly varied programing is put together in smart, fun and challenging workouts that can be scaled and modified to fit any ability level.
