Skill: Hand Stand Walks (10 min progressions)

Every 5:00min x 5 rounds (not for time. rest with time remaining b/w rounds)

20 Foot Hand Stand Walk (or 1 min practice or 1 min HS hold on the wall)

1 min low plank hold

Sled push down and back (length of long rig) 45lb and 25lb plate

1 min standing KB or DB Hold 53/35 50/35 (1 in each hand)
